Yes! You may take our practice exams as many times as you would like until your access expires.

No. We do not offer any sort of reoccurring subscription plan. When your course expires, you will lose access, and that is it.

You will have the option to manually renew if you choose to do so.

The “basics” option includes everything you need to get started. The “premium” option comes with everything in the “basics” option along with 580+ flashcards and our 100% pass guarantee.

Our flashcards consist of the following:

• Medical Abbreviations
• Common Prefixes
• Common Suffixes

The full-length exams are made up of 100 questions and have a 2 hour time limit. They include questions from all 5 categories that are tested on the actual exam.

The category specific practice sets have questions from each specific category. The questions are broken into smaller sets and are untimed. You can focus on specific categories that are giving you trouble and answer the questions in an untimed environment.

You will be able to use the course on all devices. We designed our course to work on any device.

We will issue you a full refund or renew your package free of charge if you fail your exam (and you purchased the premium option). Here is what the process looks like:

1. You must have completed all practice exams within the package.
2. You must have scored 75%+ on those practice exams.
3. You will be required to send in a screenshot or electronic PDF of your score report from your official exam.
4. Our team will use this to verify your score and initiate the refund process.
