Refund Restrictions

Refunds will not be granted if:

  1. You have completed 1 or more practice exams
  2. It has been 30+ days since your purchase

Our 100% Pass Guarantee

If you purchased one of our “Pro” packages, you may be eligible for our 100% pass guarantee. We will issue you a full refund or renew your package free of charge if you purchase a package that includes the 100% pass guarantee and you failed your exam.

The restrictions are as follows:

  1. You must have completed all practice exams within the package.
  2. You must have scored 75%+ on those practice exams.
  3. You will be required to send in a screenshot or electronic PDF of your score report from your official exam. Our team will use this to verify your score and initiate the refund process.

Steps to Request a Refund

Please follow these steps to request a refund:

  2. Tell us why you would like a refund and some information about yourself (name, email address on file, or username)
  3. Our team will review your request and respond with 24 hours
  4. Our team will reach out with any next steps

If you are eligible for a refund, you will be granted a refund immediately. It may take 3-5 business days depending on your bank / credit card.
