If you purchased one of our “Pro” packages, you may be eligible for our 100% pass guarantee. We will issue you a full refund or renew your package free of charge if you purchase a package that includes the 100% pass guarantee and you failed your exam.
The restrictions are as follows:
- You must have completed all practice exams within the package.
- You must have scored 75%+ on those practice exams.
- You will be required to send in a screenshot or electronic PDF of your score report from your official exam. Our team will use this to verify your score and initiate the refund process.
