The Wonderlic, or Wonderlic Personnel Test - Revised (WPT-R), is a test used by companies to gauge the intelligence of prospective employees.
The test is sometimes administered in two formats: a 30 question, 8-minute test given online (unproctored) and a longer 50 question, 12 minute test taken at the employer's location. Candidates can prepare for the exam by taking a Wonderlic practice test.
Employer's will have different requirements as far as scoring, but a score of 20 is meant to indicate an average intelligence corresponding to an IQ of 100).
The Wonderlic has gained notoriety recently because of its use in evaluating NFL talent (especially quarterbacks).
