Dave Evangelisti is the founder and CEO of Test-Guide. Dave founded Test-Guide in 2009 with the goal of helping students succeed on their exams.
He realized there were no truly free resources for standardized exams available on the internet. He decided to go out and change that.
Dave’s Background
Dave attended University of Buffalo from 1983 to 1987 and majored in electrical engineering. From 1987 to 1990 Dave attended Syracuse University where he completed his masters in engineering. To complete his education, Dave attended University of Maryland from 1992 to 1995 for his MBA in marketing and finance.
Dave worked at General Electric as a systems engineer from 1987 to 1996. In 1996, Dave made the switch from the engineering industry to the education industry. From 1996 to 2013, Dave worked for various software and education companies as a director and vice president.
Dave knows his way around the education industry as he has worked in product management, product development, and online learning environments. Dave has more than 20 years of experience in the test prep and education industry.
In 2013, Dave left his role as Executive Vice President for an online learning company and started working full-time on Test-Guide. Dave has been able to utilize his industry knowledge to create the largest online provider of free practice tests, prep course reviews, and study materials on the internet.
Dave’s Role with Test-Guide
As CEO of Test-Guide, Dave wears a lot of hats. Dave is in charge of ensuring Test-Guide is meeting all the needs of our users. Dave is always coordinating with our team of experts ensuring we are producing the highest quality content that will help our users.
Dave started Test-Guide as a one-man shop, but since its humble beginnings in 2009, Test-Guide now has a multi-person team in place to complete projects and tasks. Dave values the team at Test-Guide and is very grateful for their help and support in creating the best provider of free practice tests and prep course reviews.
